As you are well aware one of your crews from WaterSystems Cleaning, recently visited our facility and performed work on three fume scrubbing units. This letter is to complement your crew on a job very well done. All of the work that was planned was performed in a timely and professional manner. In addition, your crew was very conscientious of the area surrounding the scrubbers following their work. During the course of the weekend that your crew was here, several individuals from the facility commented on the thoroughness and professionalism displayed by WaterSystems crew.

As you know, Applied Materials had a recent facilities shutdown to perform maintenance that your company participated in. During the course of that shutdown, our Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Department performed walk-through inspections of all work sites. We were pleased to observe your supervisors enforcing Applied Materials safety procedures and to see your employees working in a safe and healthy work environment.

From our first set of communications on this project I gained a strong level of confidence that I was engaging the right company to tackle what I considered a major task. Bringing you in from the west coast versus working with local contractors certainly was, at first, a stretch of the imagination. But your overwhelming confidence and thorough knowledge of these systems were exactly what convinced me it was well worth the rather unique arrangement, and to move forward in accomplishing a much needed corrective and restorative action. It became even more clear I had a superior set of individuals up on that scaffolding when we were presented with the shear impossibility of extracting the M.E. material, given its condition and design. I will always use the words “It just slides out” with sarcasm in the future. Your ingenuity and just plain tenacity in tackling the job was the key to successfully completing the job well within the required time frame, and I am absolutely positive others would have failed. On behalf of the District, I wish to express our appreciation for the timely, professional and courteous service WSC has provided for the last two years. Your forces effectively performed the service of each of our air-stripping towers in three days. This had taken our forces two to three weeks to complete, as it had to be performed around various other time commitments. This has saved us an enormous amount of downtime during which the facilities could not be utilized. We look forward to continuing our mutually beneficial working relationship.
